It includes, amongst other issues, sections on planning meetings or events, publicity, choosing accessible venues, organising presentations and workshops, clear print guidelines for publicity, information and reports, ensuring that communication issues are considered, organising displays and registration, checking the layout of rooms, using ground rules and making workshop exercises accessible. It also provides information on providers of alternative formats, such as Braille and where to find interpreters, tactile graphics, subtitling, audio description, easy read and other communication support services in the North West.
